  • We will do before and after pictures and measurements, and weekly weigh-ins.

  • There are two options, with and without coaching. Coaching includes weekly 30-minute zoom calls with me. We will get you set up for success each week while learning what works and does not work for you. This is the best option if you have tried losing weight alone and have not gotten the results you are looking for!
